# NWO-ASM — Neural Wave Operator Assembly

NWO-ASM is a universal compute assembly language. Write once; the MetaState free-energy
optimizer routes each operation to the best substrate (CPU, GPU, real QPU, ECG-hive beta,
frontier roadmap) and settles per-call in USDC on Base through the existing splitter.
The compiler, ISA, and runtime are MIT-licensed — free to build on.
